Custom & Logo Orders
All orders featuring custom branding, laser engraving, or logo printing are made specifically for your business and are non-returnable. We recommend ordering a sample before placing a custom order if you'd like to check quality first.

Sample orders of unbranded, in-stock items can be returned within 30 days under our standard return conditions above.
Shipping
Free shipping on orders over $50. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Production typically takes 5–7 business days from final artwork approval, provided the item is in stock. For products manufactured overseas, the lead time is generally 15–20 business days, and minimum order quantities apply. Please note that shipping time is additional to production time. We recommend placing your order early to avoid delays.
